TitsaGPT

TITSA is the transport company of the Cabildo de Tenerife. TitsaGPT is the conversational agent I designed as my Final Degree Project for its transport network: the project focuses on the backend architecture that supports the conversation.

The problem

A conversational agent does not end at the model: it needs a service layer that supports it and connects it to the rest of the system. The project approaches that layer from the backend, not from the interface.

My role

Backend design and architecture of the agent, within the Final Degree Project developed with TITSA. The implementation and internal details belong to the project and the company; this is the part I can share.

Python and AI agents (LLM).

Outcome

The Final Degree Project and the documented architecture. No metrics or internal details are published.
