IVAO Spain
Webmaster of the Spanish division
The Spanish division of IVAO needs to maintain its digital ecosystem and its division services. The webmaster role covers the technical responsibility for that ecosystem.
The problem
A volunteer organisation with an active community needs its own services without a large structure behind it. Technical responsibility includes the architecture and evolution of that ecosystem.
My role
Webmaster of the Spanish division since 2023: technical responsibility for the digital ecosystem and its division services.
Stack
React, NestJS, SQL, Python and TypeScript.
Approach
Design and implementation of the architecture for the division’s services with that stack. The details of each service and its metrics are not public.
Outcome
The ecosystem remains in use. No metrics or internal details are published.
